Dr.Praveen Balraj

Praveen Balraj, MD, FACS, a peer-elected “top doc” in Phoenix, Arizona, is a vascular and endovascular surgeon at the Vascular Institute of Arizona.

At his Queen Creek, Arizona, office, Dr. Balraj takes a patient-centered approach to medicine. He provides respectful and responsive care that meets each patient’s needs and preferences.

After earning his Doctor of Medicine, Dr. Balraj served as the senior house officer at the Royal College of Surgeons in London, UK.

Dr. Balraj relocated to the United States, where he completed his general surgery residency at prestigious institutions in Philadelphia, including UPenn, Jefferson, and Drexel University. He went on to complete his vascular surgery fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He also served as assistant professor at Wayne State University.

At the Vascular Institute of Arizona, the board-certified vascular and general surgeon combines his extensive training with cutting-edge technology to perform surgeries with meticulous attention and care.
